Members gathered on Wednesday, March 28th to observe the 14th memorial of the passing of Mitsunari Kanai-Sensei.
Kanai-Sensei left a lasting impact on his students through his aikido mastery, character, and spirit. We commemorated his life with a special class led by Chief Instructor Yasumasa Itoh and Senior Instructor Gilda Bruckman, two of Kanai Sensei’s most dedicated students. After potluck, the members enjoyed a viewing of videos of Kanai-Sensei in action.
